Invitation to exhibit at the Low Carbon Vehicle Event 2010

AEM Yorkshire are once again co-ordinating the arrangements for the Yorkshire pavilion at the Low Carbon Vehicle Event 2010, They would therefore like to extend an invitation for you to exhibit at this prestigious event, to be held at Millbrook proving ground on September 15th and 16th.

The event itself is organised by Cenex (Centre of Excellence for low carbon and fuel cell technologies) and it hopes to build on the success of last year’s event with even more opportunities for delegates to try out low carbon vehicles at the ride & drive sessions. The LCV2010 aims to bring together the key stakeholders in the low carbon vehicle community.

This event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your technologies to potential users, purchasers and supply chain partners. There will also be a chance to see the best technologies currently available on the market as well as the latest R&D coming out of the UK’s Universities and other research establishments. Government and regional agencies will be on hand to provide information about the latest funding initiatives and opportunities.

As with last year, LCV2010 will be built on the concept of 3 events in one:

  • LCV Technology Exhibition
  • LCV Ride & Drive
  • Seminars & Presentations

Last year 10 companies from the Yorkshire & Humber region attended the event. Once again Yorkshire Forward will be sponsoring the event and this has enabled AEM to negotiate favourable rates with Cenex, hence they are able to offer booths on the pavilion at £750 for the 2 days of the exhibition. As all costs are not yet finalised they are not able to confirm if there will be additional costs for companies wishing to have demonstrator vehicles in the Ride & Drive area.

These spaces are available on a first come first serve basis, so if you have some technologies or products that you would like to demonstrate at this event please contact AEM to secure your place.

They would be grateful if you could respond indicating the following;

  • A brief description of your product/technology
  • Do you want a booth in the pavilion
  • Do you want a stand in the Ride & Drive area

If you need any further information please contact AEM directly: james.hunt@namtec.co.uk  01709 724994
