The Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce is UKTI’s accredited trade organisation for the VIV Latin America FIGAP Exhibition. The exhibition is very focused and will take place in Guadalajara in the State of Jalisco, Mexico in October.
Jalisco is an agricultural state and a hub for other Mexican States offering access to around 30 million consumers within Mexico. A grant of £1,800 is available to eligible companies to assist with exhibiting costs. The exhibition will feature a Conference and the Chamber is working with the British Consulate, Guadalajara to identify suitable speakers that can best represent UK expertise at the Conference.
The VIV Latin America FIGAP exhibition is Mexico’s platform on animal production and meat processing. The exhibition showcases the industry’s development by the Feed to Meat concept which brings together supply and demand. VIV Latin America also embraces aquaculture and categories that participate are as follows:
- Genetics
- Animal breeding – dairy, pigs and poultry
- Meat and dairy supply chain
- Veterinarian and animal healthcare and products
- Aquaculture
- Poultry processing
- Egg production
- Farm and slaughter equipment
- Meat processing, packaging, handling
- Knowledge transfer and consultancy
- Equipment
By participating your company will have an option to exhibit on the UK Stand with the full support of the British Consulate, Guadalajara.
Approximate costs of exhibiting in shared facilities on an UK Stand are in the region of £1,600 per company.
10% discount will apply to companies paying before the cut of date of 30 April, 2010
